   An 18 - 21 yr old can make decisions for themselves.  They can vote   
   and the can fuck for money on film. They can also be tried for murder   
   and executed in many states. The SS thing is easy to miss if you   
   aren't looking for it. An I.D. and a U.S. passport are pretty damn   
   convincing.
