   You can't just re me via e-mail.  You have to type in (in proper   
   e-mail code)  SLAVTRAINR at AOLdotCOM   
      
   Put an @ in the at spot and a . in the dot part and squish it all   
   together.  It avoids spambots that look for e-mail addresses in posts   
   and headers.
