      From: none@none.org               Hello, Traci Lords fans...        What the fuck? I bet a lot of you guys know who Noro is. He       recently spammed me out of the blue, announcing his ***third time       going out of business***. That was kinda weird, I have not spoken to       the guy in well over two years, why does he still have my e-mail       address? Did you guys get spammed recently to? If you have done       business with him, he still probably has your addresses.        Well, he did have one movie I wanted, but I had not cared enough to       buy, but I decided to. 2 weeks later, I get a DVD with just sound, but       with no picture. A few days later, I get a plastic case with no       boxsleeve. I wrote him when I got the defective bootleg, and again       when I got just a plain plastic case. I got no reply for five days,       until the Wednesday of the following week. He said he would take care       of it.        Well, I was thinking this guy may be a narc, look how he got proof       of intent to purchase yet sent me not one piece of pornography. For       two or three days, I was pretty worried. A friend who lives with me       threw out all his legal porn on his computer, because it would be       embarrassing for him to get caught with it... no, that makes no sense       to me either, but he did do it...        Here's the kicker... that Tuesday, I wrote him saying I was peeved       he had not replied in four days... I also mentioned the screwy cappped       DvD he sent me was covered with fingerprints when I got it... I       wondered if he would get upset, I have dealt with Noro the Baby       before...        Well, I get an e-mail on Thursday telling me he is going to       consider whether or not to just give me a refund... what? After all       this, all I get is my money back? Nothing was said by me between those       two last e-mails, he just got upset I questioned his slow customer       service, which gave me a stress headache as I wondered, "What is more       likely, he is incompetant and incapable of doing a proper movie cap,       or he is a narc?" Of course, he toyed with me in our e-mails last       week, he only told me Sunday he sent out a refund on Thursday. I never       asked for a refund... well I demanded one Saturday morning, after he       broke the agreement in e-mail, but he had done so already on       Thursday... here I am, arguing with this idiot, and my money was       already in the mail and he quite purposefuly chose not to tell me. It       was only when I told him I was coming here that he got apologetic,       versus sarcastic and manipulative. I honestly felt like he was       dangling the movie in front of my nose like a carrot to a donkey.        I have done business with this jerk twice before. Both times before       he sent me defective material. I never thought it would happen a third       time. Both times before, he made me jump through hoops, taking just       over a week both times to reply to e-mails about defective objects.       Every time this happens, my risk and exposure is doubled, if not       tripled. And, this third time, he just decided for no good reason to       just send me my money back... I said nothing offensive until after he       screwed me... He keeps our e-mail addresses. He goes out of business       every two years like a carpet salesman, he takes offense at nothing,       like a big baby... I am the one jumping hoops, trying to get a proper       bootleg, and this is the only seller I have ever encountered who is       THIS DAMN INCOMPETANT!        Who is this guy? Do any of you know his real name? Have any of you       had the same headaches that I have? Because, personally, after this       past week of stress I want to kick his ass, righteously.        Thanks for your help.
