   read this bunch of drivel if you want a clear picture of how a lunatic   
   rants when he isn't taking his meds like he's supposed to.  We all   
   post off topic because he writes so in his NAQ (never asked questions)   
   He never wrote the charters for these groups but insists his rules are   
   the groups rules. He is a nut case and if anyone does business with
