      In this country a majority of politicians have this in common with   
   violent swine: they think knives weapons, and have banned them.  If I forget   
   to leave my work box cutter at work after hours and the police find it on me   
   I can expect to be punished.  But to honest folk a knife is a tool not a   
   weapon.  A folding knife with a blade less than 7 cm and which cannot be   
   locked in open position is permitted in public places.  But a folding knife   
   whose blade cannot be locked is dangerous to the user.  If he has to pry   
   something with the point the blade is apt to close on his index finger.
