   The same story is told of the bad guy Kullervo in the Kalevala. Unlike many   
   other legendary bad guys, from Efnissyen to Big Bad John, Kullervo does not   
   redeem himself in a final, fatal act of heroism - his life is all badness,   
   all tragedy.
