   Given that even I am getting confused, I will expand on the answer.   
      
   There is at least one or more persons present from either the Rohirrim   
   or the people that would become the Rohirrim, however the person or   
   persons seeing what is being described from either the Rohirrim or the   
   people that would become the Rohirrim, nor Gondorian, nor Northmen?   
   There are no Gondorians or Northmen present.
