   I did find the extended sliding scene to be more than a little silly. If   
   you want to see one done right, watch The Empire Strikes Back. I did   
   enjoy the one in Temple of Doom though, since there was something else   
   going on and it wasn't that terribly long (not like say the three laps   
   of the Pod Race in Phantom Menace).
