Maybe, but still - neither Elrond nor Saruman knew that Gandalf would
be at Imladris at that time. Not in the book nor in the movie. So if
Elrond called for Galadriel and Saruman, he must have done so in
advance or Thorin & Co stayed there for quite some time. In the book
they stayed there for a fortnight, and we see nothing that suggest
   otherwise in the film.

So, Elrond calls out to Saruman and Galadriel, who both travel
hundreds of miles and manages to be there right when Gandalf is.
   Convenient :)
