I am looking forward to it, though there was a lot in this one that I
didn't much care for. (As I told my son afterwards, they could have
put a powdered wig on Bilbo and called it "The George Washington Story"
and it would have been about as accurate a description.) In any case,
I did like how they depicted Smaug and I want to see him in a real
aerial battle. I'm also curious to see how Sauron is driven out of
Dol Guldur, and whether they show him sneaking back into Mordor. I'm a
little worried they're going to have him march back in openly and rebuild
(or maybe just reoccupy) Barad-dûr without any attempt at secrecy.
After all, Gandalf already has recognized him, when he was supposed to
remain unrecognized until after he reestablished himself in Mordor.
