   Also controlled the rights to film and stage adaptations of   
   many works of J.R.R. Tolkien...the Bakshi movie was made by   
   his Fantasy Films,and the Jackson movies by arrangement with   
   him.He had a "Tolkien Enterprises" that sold tie-in products.
