I wrote a story, based on a song that my girlfriend wrote, the story was a   
   gift for her birthday, but I used, some names like ulmo, and references like   
   de maias and some places of middle earth anda creatures... My girlfriend is a   
   singer and is about to    
   launch its first EP, and seh wants to use that story as part of the campaign   
   for the album release, if she does that can be we violating any copy right?
