   Lol. Terrible! We have to agree to disagree on this one. Would   
   kind of ruin the premise of the Woody Allen movie "Play it   
   again Sam" too. No doubt though you would have Allen's   
   character remain with Diane Keaton's character at the end.   
      
   Allen seems to relish the romanticism of the ending to   
   Casablanca in "Play it again Sam". I think he is perhaps in   
   love with the idea of the heart wrenching pain of sacrificing   
   true love for a better purpose, i.e. in order to "do the right   
   thing". I believe he makes a reference to this in "Husbands and   
   Wives", when discussing why his character is attracted to crazy   
   women.
