   When people join up, they join from the top person on the list. When that   
   person gets their Ipod, everyone moves up one. The key to this is that new   
   people get in on the line. I found this page via google so it does draw   
   search engine traffic. It is worth a try and there are offers that cost   
   nothing (Infone and Ancestry.com are both up today and both are the easiest
