   Forget the boat for now, invest in fitting out with air con units and a   
   dozen lectricical fans.  One of those commercial fishing boat ice making   
   machinations might be advisable too.  It's going to be that hot this month   
   that even peeps from the Canary Islands are booking up to come here.  You   
   ought hire out a couple of them there porta-cabins, you could fit 4   
   families in each one, nice ickle earner for you.
