Michael Kan has had no formal action against him by the Medical Board of
California. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He
graduated from U.C. San Diego Medical School in 1983
John M. Rashkis has had no action against him by the Medial Board of
California. He is not board certified in any specialty, though on the
Medical Board of California page he states he is board certified in
Ophthalmology, though declares himself to be in family practice specializing
in Geriatrics. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1971
If there are actions pending against either by the California board ask them
if you haven't done so. I believe they must tell you that, as it's a matter
of public record.
