   You are kidding RIGHT? Lets see Bush popular rating was it's highest from   
   9/11 and it fell...to the lowest for ANY Pres in the history of the USA...it   
   was at it's lowest 2008 at 28% Bush is HATED though out the world..except   
   Afica.....there are a number of country he better NEVER go to because the have
