   It's down because the capitalists know they depend on government to bail them   
   out whenever they have problems. And with Republicans breaking that promise,   
   they know they're screwed.   
      
   Of course capitalists don't tell the public about that promise because then the   
   public would demand a share in the profits along with a share in the risk, and   
   that would cut into their bonusses. The joke is Teabaggers have fallen for the   
   propaganda that government really is unnecessary burden on capitalism; the   
   capitalists now get to reap their whirlwind.
