   Many times during his radio pukefest as he's coming back from a commercial   
   break, Limbaugh refers to himself as a "harmless little puffball" that you   
   could trust with your wife and daughters in a hotel room for the weekend.   
      
   He never says anything about anyone being able to trust him around their
