I'm not convinced that the data       collection stations are free of bias, and I'm not convinced that the       data aggregators and manipulators are free of bias either. That is       sufficient for me to raise questions about any conclusions based on       (actual) temperature data.              I question the ability to discern historical temperatures from proxies.        I find it quite disturbing that the recent temperatures to NOT       correspond with recent proxy records. To me, that singly disqualifies       historical proxy data and/or calls into serious question those that       promulgate proxy data as de facto standard.              I question the relatively few that are in key positions and control       access to the data and manipulation routines. I find it disturbing that       such proclamations demanding public response are based on obscure or       publicly unavailable methods, processes, and procedures.              In my studies and analysis of the situation, I see warming occurring       (based on GISS/manipulated data, so presuming that it /is/ occurring)       for the past 30 years ONLY. Not 150. This, in my opinion, undermines       major theses of those that attempt to correlate and justify cause on       industrial revolution CO2.              Have a nice day.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
