   ties in with the economic draft. keep the unemployment rate up, you can   
   make it so that the lower and working class youth have fewer choices, and   
   more end up in the military. do heavy recruiting in economically   
   depressed areas.   
      
   keep the illegal aliens illegal and discriminated against, but in our   
   country working for cheap and unable to fight if they are used badly,   
   because their choice is work cheap and be able to send a bit of money   
   home so that their dependants don't starve, or stand up and get deported.   
   i'm not saying that it is okay to be here illegally, just that it sure   
   serves a purpose. it provides a cheap work force that borders on slavery.
