   Ann Coulter speaks for all Republicans?  I didn't know that.  It seems   
   to change all the time.  First, Limbaugh speaks for all Republicans.   
   Then Palin speaks for all Republicans.  Now Coulter speaks for all   
   Republicans.  Did I miss anybody?
