   Someone who born in the Panama Canal Zone and subject to the law   
   making him a citizen of the USA, was actually not born in the USA or   
   its contiguous states.   
      
   Of course they voted for Bush, who never finished his obligation to   
   the National Guard, all while hating Vietnam veterans Al Gore and John   
   Kerry.
