   Your description of necklacing is correct: this was the preferred method   
   of handling police informers in South Africa during apartheid. I   
   remember that Winnie Mandela ordered this for a young boy named Stompy   
   Mokai who was believed to have snitched to the police.   
      
   Your subject line is vague. Are you saying that Trump supporters use   
   such methods on their opponents? If so, I'd be interested in seeing your   
   proof of such a serious allegation.   
      
   Or do you mean that Trump's opponents are looking forward to necklacing   
   Trump supporters? If so, I hope you do the right thing and provide   
   evidence to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
