   Where did you get that crazy idea?  Look at the UK with a free health   
   service that is the envy of the world, not to mention its welfare system,   
   then tell me that the government isn't serving the people.  And as for the   
   French, heh, they don't believe in serving _anyone_, especially not their   
   government - got to admire them for that really.
