   You made the assertion that the charge leveled at the pharasees was   
   becuase "Only those who deny the existence of God and ask for a sign   
   are designated as adulterers".   
      
   The pharasees do not deny the existence of God.  Whether they thought   
   Jesus was God or not is irrelevant.   
      
   You have twisted the meaning to your own ends.
