You certainly had an objection to it yesterday when you told me I shouldn't
   do it.
My point is that, just as you don't take me seriously when I put forth some
prophesy, nobody else takes you seriously when you do it. Without
explaining why that prophesy should be held as something of importance that
we need to apply to the situation, it's just a waste of reply. How often do
you slap some part of a prophesy up as a reply that has no bearing on what
was being discussed to everyone else in the conversation? Bible prophesies
are totally bogus to us, Robert. They were written after the fact, or they
are so vague that they could mean anything, or they've never come to pass.
From an argumentative standpoint, they are a complete waste of time and make
   you look, frankly, moronic.
People want to hear what you think, not what some ancient prophet said.
Give of yourself and gain respect.
You understand this because you can see how you give me no respect based on
prophesy that I've offered. "I just don't see how anyone is supposed to take
you seriously if you do not have any beliefs of your own." That's exactly
how we feel about your statements when you just throw out some biblical text
as if it has authority. It hasn't and it makes you look like you don't have
your own beliefs, you just copy some from a book.
