   Why not?

The end result in both cases is the same. The unborn child dies right?
So why does the unborn suddenly have rights in one case and no rights in
   another?

A mother can go and pay someone to abort, kind of like hiring a hit man to
   do the dirty work.
He kills the unborn (yes it is a violent act against the mothers natural
   function to give life, and
   especially violent for the unborn).
If a man attacks a woman who is pregnant, whether he meant too or not, and
   the unborn dies, he
   goes to jail.
Meanwhile, the hit man (abortionist), gets a new Jag.
