   Wrong.  No child is killed by abortion, and a fetus has no rights.  As   
   a born person you do have rights, as evidenced by the fact that you   
   are still running around lose and alive.   
      
   Since I know of no pro-abortion police state (except possibly China) I   
   cannot address what rights a citizen of such a state would or would   
   not have.
