   What's important is that the Supreme Court explicitly ruled that   
   the Congressional law that that said that the Guantanamo cases   
   were not subject to review by the US Courts did not prevent them   
   from reviewing the Guantanamo cases.   
      
   And it also ruled that Bush violated US and International law.   
      
   That will be important at Bush's impeachment trial.
