   No, it's not. Based on my ISP, you probably know about where I live. I   
   can certainly vouch for white and black - blue - well, we hear about it   
   from outsiders... ;)   
      
   Seriously, the last few years have been worrisome - hot and dry in the   
   summers, more extreme weather in general. Something is happening on a   
   global scale, and I don't think it's going to be good...
