   For no particular reason, but just for posterity...   
   Setting the "Followup-To" header is more difficult than it should be in   
   Microsoft Entourage.   
      
   It can be accessed through Tools > Accounts > (select Account) > Edit >   
   Options then set through the Header and Value fields.   
      
   It unfortunately cannot be set on a per message basis, but only on an   
   account basis.   
      
   It would seem that anyone hoping to use this header to clean up a   
   particular group might need to either use a different account just for   
   replies to certain individuals, or to use a different news reader.   
      
   Entering the "Followup-To" string in the body of the message will not   
   work, as newsservers transmit heads separate from bodies of messages.
