   Yes I do sometimes have to lock patients up. Using the powers of the Mental   
   Health Act. Sometimes it is necessary to keep someone in hospital when they   
   are too unwell to make decisions for themselves. And yes, medications are   
   used (as they are in other branches of medicine). E-shock - you mean ECT.
