   board" of every Scientology church. Division 6C of the org board is responsible   
   for "Field Activity", i.e., the front groups that Scientology uses to make

   Applied Scholastics, CCHR and Narconon logos.   
      
   According to the formerly secret closing agreement between the Church of   
   Scientology and the American Internal Revenue Service (IRS), CCHR is one of the   
   many "Scientology-related entities". As such they fulfill Scientology's stated
