   They may be able to in some states, but the fact that he is under   
   investigation would be a deterrent to taking direct action.   
      
   I don't agree that their opinions don't matter.  You should take a   
   look at www.cchr.com and look at the number of psychs who've been   
   successfully prosecuted.
