   I don't know what software you're using, but if it allows try this;   
      
   When the reply window opens up, it should have various "boxes" at the   
   top, already filled out - the title, etc.. Look for the one with the   
   list of newsgroups, use your cursor to highlight the groups you   
   *don't* want to include, and press "Delete" - That's what I did here,   
   although I only removed alt.support.autism since I don't know which of   
   the others you're posting from.   
      
   The only thing to watch out for is the comma used to separate the   
   groups listed - when you delete one or more groups, delete the   
   corresponding comma too - So that you don't get left with double   
   commas or a trailing one with nothing following it.
