   Scientology diligently publicizes bad things psychiatrists do because   
   they believe psychiatry is their direct competition. They post thousands

   The first outlines THE WAR. Scientology says that man has problems   
   caused by a great catastrophe, the details of which are secret, until   
   you've paid them enough in time and cash value, and I mean PLENTY.   
   Scientology says they can "clear" people of the effects of all this   
   stuff.   
      
   Scientology's stated goal is to "clear the planet". It is a good thing,   
   very altruistic.   
      
   Now let's look at a document that says they have to put that stuff aside   
   until they destroy psychiatry and GET THE MONEY. That's the top goal now.

   Our war has been forced to become "To take over absolutely the field of   
   mental healing on this planet in all forms.   
      
   That was not the original purpose.  The original purpose was to clear   
   Earth. The battles suffered developed the data that we had an enemy who

   The second excerpt of scripture does some explaining about how to   
   propagandize, in particular one trick about getting YOUR definition of   
   words like "psychiatry" and "Scientology" in people's heads, by endless   
   repeating. Endless repeating is a Scientology specialty, it is pervasive   
   in their training as well as their public statements. As about the "TRs"   
   or "Op Pro By Dup" some time.

   Many instances of this exist.  They are not "natural" changes in   
   language.  They are propaganda changes, carefully planned and campaigned   
   in order to obtain a public opinion advantage for the group doing the   
   propaganda.   
      
   Given enough repetition of the redefinition public opinion can be altered   
   by altering the meaning of a word.   
      
   The technique is good or bad depending on the ultimate objective of the   
   propagandist.   
      
   "Psychiatry" and "psychiatrist" are easily redefined to mean "an   
   anti-social enemy of the people".  This takes the kill crazy psychiatrist   
   off the preferred list of professions.  This is a good use of the   
   technique as for a century the psychiatrist has been setting an all time   
   record for inhumanity to man.

   Thus it is necessary to redefine medicine, psychiatry, and psychology   
   downward and define Dianetics and Scientology upwards.   
      
   This, so for as words are concerned, is the public opinion battle for   
   belief in *your* definitions, and not those of the opposition.   
      
   A consistent, repeated effort is the key to any success with this   
   technique of propaganda.
