   If you can't understand that nobody who has not been convicted of a   
   serious crime should not be deprived of it, then you must be a   
   throwback to the hitler regime.   
      
   And nobody should EVER be deprived of it based on hearsay (he said,   
   she said) unless there is considerable INDEPENDANT verification, like   
   for instance, from her parents.  If she had REALLY said what he says   
   she did, don't you think her parents would be aware of it?  I just   
   cannot believe that her parents would be doing all the fighting that   
   they have, if there was any doubt in their minds - after all, they   
   have absolutely nothing to gain from keeping her alive.
