   fcc.net is owned by Frontline Communications Corporation and *not* the US   
   government.  (Hint: look for .gov at the end.)  In fact, that particular   
   page is probably a subscriber page.  I wonder if that subscriber has   
   permission to use those government logos and seals?   
      
   There's no reference in Google to the "American Counseling and Health   
   Services" other than on that page.  So who the heck are they?
