   Somehow I don't think so.  Abusive and neglectful parents usually claim that   
   they are victims of corrupt law enforcement or false allegations.  Anything   
   to shift the responsibility from themselves and their own actions to someone   
   else, ANYONE else.  Or in the case of some, they try to minimize or   
   decriminalize the actions they so desperately want to avoid taking   
   responsibility for.   
      
      
      
   Sorry, but one more poorly thought out "class action" suit (even if this one   
   never makes the grade for the type of action you are calling for) serves no   
   useful purpose.  The courts will usually see them for what they are, people   
   dodging responsibility.
