   BTW,  the subject of Kathleen's postings---the malfeasance of civil servants   
   is a matter of public concern and interest---therefore not defamation..   
      
   Your allegations about kathleen,  a private citizen, who holds no   
   professional licenses nor any civil service position---is not of public   
   concern or interest---therefore,  you may be committing any number of   
   torts---including  defamation,  intentional infliction of emotional   
   distress,  and,  may also be violating  the violence against women's act,   
   the americans with disability act --(if kathleen has HFA)  and about 18   
   other laws.   
      
   You have already discredited Kathleen both psychologically and socially;   
   therefore, it's sheer harassment for you to keep posting this garbage about   
   her over and over and over again.   
      
   I, for one,  would like to read what Kathleen posts about her and other   
   peoples  experiences with the whores of the court (social workers, rogue   
   MHP's et al ) without  having to dig through the garbage stalking filth are   
   posting about her---to derail on topic discussion of malfeasance of some   
   civil servants and/or  licensed professionals.
