   Actually, I'm doing incredibly well lately. Since my last   
   spinal fusion I've shed an incredible 60lbs, which brings   
   me down to 190. I did put on half a stone after packing   
   up the cigs last April which took me up to 250, and   
   that scare made me decide that I didn't want to be fat   
   anymore so I got rid of most of it. Thirteen and a half   
   stone ain't that bad for my frame. I'm still stuck in a chair   
   though, if that's any consolation to you.
