   I desperately need to call someone in DC, Please, do you still know who   
   to call, I need a phone number.   
      
   My congressman Mark Foley of West Palm Beach, (Florida) said repeatedly   
   that "they deny 95% of all claims automatically", so... "in other words,   
   we're getting 5% performance for our dollars, that's unacceptable and   
   illegal" I said.   
      
     I have "advanced severe degenerative spine disease", spine and neck,   
   and arthritis in both shoulders and knees. Have VA nuclear bone scans   
   and CT scans done just for them. I'm 53. I worked heavy iron for over 30   
   years. Ex Navy 70-74. Ya' know?   
      
    The doctor I was sent to by SSA, they scheduled him to see me on   
   veterans day, a holiday, it took 3 minutes, and he never looked at my   
   x-rays.... he reported I have high blood pressure and circulation   
   problems, I never have had any of these symptoms. what is this?   
      
    120 over 70 is all I ever have, and only by talking to the SSA does it   
   get higher, It took three minutes for him to fill out a minimum form to   
   get paid by the SSA, never looked me in the eyes, and left. The nurse   
   came back 25-35 minutes later and said I was done, get dressed.   
      
     He just wanted the money for his golf game, our money. We've been   
   "handled" and we need to pick a fight, and win.   
      
     This is criminal neglect and government fraud from the top, and   
   victimizes our fellow working but fallen Americans who have paid their   
   dues. I was denied benefits based on not only that doctors false   
   evidence as it turns out, but they didn't look at, or mention the   
   medical files I sent, they admit they have in their hand as we spoke on   
   the phone, but was not used as evidence in making a decision, also BTW,   
   I had faxed the same items from the VA hospital. Nor did they attempt to   
   acquire them on my behalf after having me and my sister sign 12 medical   
   release forms. Which would leave me out of the loop. They also sent me   
   for e-rays that day, neither was that information used!   
   I saw those e-rays, undeniably clear!   
      
     Please help me fight this abuse.   
      
   A disabled persons should picked up and brought to a doctor with 72   
   hours, by bus to be examined, and a medical decision and determination   
   made within three weeks max. Based on the medical evidence by a hospital   
   administration, your bank institution, and employment records, not an   
   unqualified clerk with out a medical license. That "clerk" person who   
   deny's our claim has therefore prescribed a return to work, is a health   
   hazard, and that's medical malpractice!   
      
   It's as vicious and as brutal a crime as home invasion and robbery of   
   the elderly and incapacitated, I want someone's head to roll, I want   
   them impeached and publicly defrocked.   
      
   It's not "the governments money", we're the government by the people,   
   it's our wages, from our daily employment and careers, deducted to cover   
   our butts should we fall. Not a government slush fund! Set up our banks   
   and hospitals to handle it, get rid of today's bureaucracy and   
   politicians who've robbed our nation hardest workers. Jimmy Hoffa was an   
   alter boy compared to this crime.
