   I think it's the University of California that has the immediate and   
   extremely serious crisis of insufficient campus mental health services   
   for students.  Without providing a breakdown of case types, we are   
   told that there aren't enough resources to treat all the students who   
   are depressed, psychotic, or homesick.  It is implied that the entire   
   student population will soon commit suicide unless several trillion   
   dollars in increased funding is used to hire more $500/hr counselors   
   to listen to students whine that they miss their high school friends.
