   That is a similar kind of thing -- explaining incoherent lyrics with a   
   bizarre but coherent story.   
      
   However, unlike my motif, yours is common.  There are lots of legends and   
   web pages which purport to explain certain song lyrics which as far as I   
   can see have no actual meaning.  (This meaninglessness might not be the   
   case for "TCV 15".)

   No need to in this modern internet age.  Type the word "lyrics" (not in   
   quotes) followed by the song title (in double-quotes) into your favourite   
   search engine, and Bob's your mysterious space alien visitor (he got   
   turned into an "uncle" for the radio version).
