|    Caldwell: Pelosi, Dems Made 'Tactical Er    |

XPost: alt.disney.disneyland, alt.business.insurance, calstate.cats.teaching       XPost: us.military.army       From: communist-scum@womenvoteproject.org              House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has continued to       criticize the Republican tax cuts, despite massive backlash to       her infamous "crumbs" remark earlier this year.              During her weekly press conference on Thursday, Pelosi railed       against the "tax scam," which she said will add more than $2       trillion to the deficit.              “While the Republicans were saying, ‘Oh, it will pay for       itself,’ we know that it doesn’t," Pelosi said. "Anyone who says       that these tax cuts pay for themselves — it’s not true, it’s       nonsense, and it’s BS."              On "Your World" on Friday, Fox News political analyst Gianno       Caldwell said attacking the tax cuts is not a winning strategy       for Democrats heading into this November's midterm elections.              "It's interesting to me that Nancy Pelosi -- who's worth $30       million, by the way -- called tax reform 'crumbs,' but yet       called legislation extending a $40 payroll tax cut in 2011 a       'victory for all Americans' and attributed it to Obama's       leadership," Caldwell said.              He argued that Democrats made a "tactical error" by resisting       tax reform, thereby resisting the prosperity of the American       people.              With more than 80 percent of Americans receiving a tax cut and       millions of dollars in bonuses being given out by companies who       have benefited from lower taxes, Democrats are now trying to       portray the tax bill as a "scam," Caldwell said.              "The American people clearly know better. And they can see their       paychecks and see the ramifications of a GOP majority."              http://insider.foxnews.com/2018/04/20/gianno-caldwell-nancy-       pelosi-democrats-made-tactical-error-resisting-gop-tax-cuts                      --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
