   For more than a year, I have denounced two governments for the murder of Mrs.   
   Danielle Falardeau. Denounced in North America, in Africa, almost everywhere.   
   They wrote to me from France, appalled by this story.   
      
   Is it possible to live in a country (Canada) that does not care at all about
