   Idle conversation with a liquor-store clerk about TABC [1] inspections   
   and what they can and can't do. I don't recall anything about the   
   supposed restrictions on TABC agents, but then he said "It's just   
   like cops - if you ask them whether they're cops, they have to say   
   'yes'".
