   I don't think you are proceeding rationally.   
   Your problem is not cooked food, GMO food,   
   or an algae deficiency.  I'm 52, and I have   
   a very lean and muscular physique.  I got that   
   by hard physical exercise and a low saturated-fat   
   and low refined-carb diet.  I lost about 40 pounds   
   in 2003, and I have kept it off.  I also have   
   low blood pressure, but I've had that since I was   
   a teenager.  That's probably genetic.   
      
   There is no mushroom or algae that will solve   
   your health problems.  Diet and exercise are   
   the solutions.
