While your body needs cholesterol to continue building       healthy cells, having high cholesterol can increase your risk of heart       disease."              The largest source of cholesterol is what the human body produces, we       too are animals after all.              There is only a problem when what the body produces and any eaten is in       excess of its normal function.              That is why the level of cholesterol is at a very high rate in india       along with a high rate of obesity which has the highest rate of heart       related diseases and diabetes.
